I've recently written a blog for Digital Construction Week in the UK, called Fly me to the Moon and Build a City about how things that we didn't long ago saw as impossible are now commonplace, and how that is changing construction. Not great timing, 3 days after it was published NASA announced water on Mars!
Anyway, I'll be at DCW presenting at the Technology Theatre about 'Digitising the construction site, using technology to make better decisions', an overview of how the digitisation of construction is providing the power to make decisions to reduce risk and improve quality on site.

Autodesk will be at the Digital Construction Show on the 21st and 22nd of October discussing all the latest trends in construction from BIM to robotics to AR, come over and say hi, we'll have plenty of technology on show.
Additionally our very own Phil Bernstein has blogged about The Era of Connection, and how changing design and manufacturing methods are causing a revolution in the AEC space.
